Discover the leaders driving the misions of the Romanian Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance, dedicated to cloud security excellence.
Categories
Members – National or international natural or legal persons who morally and materially support the Cyber Security Association for the Cloud (hereinafter referred to as “Cloud Security Alliance Romanian Chapter” – CSA_RO), who have completed CV Europass, the applications for Adhesion request & GDPR accord (all three documents sent to the address secretary@cloudsecurityalliance.ro), have paid the membership fee and who are approved by the Board of Directors and by the General Assembly, can become members with full rights.
Volunteers / Collaborators – National and international natural or legal persons who choose not to pay the membership fee, but who have completed CV Europass, the applications for Adhesion request & GDPR accord (all three documents sent to the address secretary@cloudsecurityalliance.ro) and who are approved by the Board of Directors, can become members of the community and can participate in the events and activities, with the exception of those dedicated to the General Assembly.
Advisers – The Board of Directors can decide to admit members as Advisory Board Members, who do not have the right to vote, but have the role of participating in the meetings of the Board of Directors as guests with the role of providing support regarding the activity.
Rights and Benefits
- • Free access to Cyber Security Association for the Cloud (hereinafter referred to as “Cloud Security Alliance Romanian Chapter” – CSA_RO) events, workshops, conferences (etc.) supported by CSA_RO;
• Discount for professional courses and trainings organized by CSA_RO
• Free publishing for studies, materials, guides, documents, articles (etc.) in the CSA Global and CSA_RO publications sections;
• The possibility of promoting the events, workshops, conferences (etc.) on CSA Global and CSA_RO channels.
Obligations
- • To comply with the Statute, Rules, Resolutions and Decisions adopted by the governing bodies;
• To activate for achieveing the scope and objectives, without harming the interests of the organization;
• To pay the annual membership fee;
• To inform governing bodies regarding any changes in personal information.
Adhesion & Support
The Cyber Security Association for the Cloud (hereinafter referred to as “Cloud Security Alliance Romanian Chapter” – CSA_RO), according to the legislation in force, can benefit from support:
- • by paying taxes and membership fees;
- • by directing (through the tax department) from the income tax owed, for certain incomes obtained in the previous fiscal year, a share of up to 3.5% of this tax, by completing and submitting it, by May 25 of the following year of the income year, of the Declaraţiei Unice Formular 212 and/or Formularului 230;
- • by incurring sponsorship and/or mecenat/patronage expenses, according to Law no. 32/1994 regarding sponsorship, with subsequent amendments and additions;
- • by the annual redirection of the profit tax due for performing sponsorships and/or acts of mecenat/patronage (and so on).
