Since 2015, Gratiela has been leading Romania ISACA Chapter, as the elected president, working together with the board colleagues to grow the local professional community, to build strong reliable and long-term relationships with regulatory and academic institutions and partner with other professional associations. She equally enjoyed and valued Big4 and entrepreneurial experiences, spending more than 10 years in IT & IS audit and advisory domain and the next couple of years in a very challenging industry as a business ethics and compliance officer, member in the local leadership team, leading the compliance working group in a healthcare dedicated professional association and running global projects on risk management, data privacy and anti bribery and corruption. She is now part of a global security team, as a CISO, in an ambitious and very dynamic indirect procurement organization.
