Introducing AI agents to energy entities and security issues

The event will feature cases where risk averse US energy entities have requested EcoMetricx develop AI agents to meet mass market needs, and highlight, among other things, EcoMetricx proactive efforts covering a whitepaper and practices to address PII and more.
Learning objectives/benefits & advantages in attending. The audience will learn about pain points and challenges met in practical experiences. This will offer specific insights and roadmaps to EU energy managers, practical, benchmarking input for others in the corporate world who serve similarly cautious customers and environments, and for EU academics, input from University of California staff on applying theoretical ML models to commercial pain points.
- gain clarity on what AI agents are, their core components (perception, reasoning, action, memory), and how they differ from traditional automation or chatbots.
- understand specific applications of AI agents within the energy industry, such as in enhancing customer engagement through AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- learn about security matters and risks we have addressed (for example, the handling of sensitive PII data) e.g. and others our customers asked us to tackle.
- discuss some challenges we have experienced in implementing AI agents.
